Complete a detailed intake form and 24-hour sleep/feed log to help me understand your child’s current sleep patterns, feeding schedule, and unique challenges.

60 Minute Consultation:

We’ll review your intake form and sleep/feed log in detail. I’ll identify areas for adjustment and provide clear recommendations and step-by-step guidance for implementation.

Follow-Up Email:

A summary of my recommendations for easy reference as you move forward.
